The experience is structured as a journey — every module builds on the last, enabling leaders to carefully review and boost every conversation they have.

With a career spanning New Zealand and international markets — including the UK, mainland Europe, the US, Southeast Asia and beyond — he brings a rare combination of strategic thinking, genuine warmth, and a heap of humour.

Bex has breadth of experience across NZ, UK and Qatar, working on leadership capability and strategy across all industries from TV to oil & gas, from retail to tourism and Post services.
