The courage to lead

The challenge

New Zealand's largest public legal advisory service was embarking on its biggest-ever transformation. In a disrupted market, Public Trust needed to challenge old habits, push boundaries and enhance their strong culture of care to also be one of courage and high performance.

The programme

Courage to Lead — an All-Leader, all day Launch Event for 150 people, followed by 4 x monthly cohort sessions for 100 leaders across two levels, in person and virtually, with executive leadership team information sessions.

The Results

Increased collaboration across business units, leaders working together and enabling each other to lead for the culture they want to create -courage to give clarity, courage to speak up, courage to call it out.
