The challenge

New Zealand's largest insurer — home to AMI, State Insurance and NZI — was facing its largest ever technical transformation, while managing the impact of unprecedented natural disasters. IAG needed leaders who could collaborate across business units, lead change confidently, and bring their people with them.

The programme

Connected Leaders — 200 leaders across two tranches, with monthly in-person events, mixed cross-business cohorts, and executive engagement sessions. A four-module journey taking leaders on a journey through connection, coaching, collaboration and navigating conflict.
